GraphikTees Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. At GraphikTees, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to replace it or issue a refund under the terms below.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

Eligible Returns

Defective or Incorrect Items Only:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

Non-Defective Items (Custom Orders):
Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact Us
Email our support team at support@graphiktees.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation

2. Receive Instructions
We’ll review your request and send you return or replacement instructions.

3. Resolution
If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a full refund

Return Conditions

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must be defective or incorrect

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is ours (defective or wrong item) → We cover the cost

  • All other cases → Not eligible for return

  • Processing Time: 7–10 business days after approval

  • Method: Original payment method

Exchange Policy
